Mark Buese receives Special AWO Recognition

At a recent Board of Directors meeting, the American Waterway Operators recognized Mark Buese, Kirby Corporation, Signal Mutual Board Director, for his long and valuable service to their organization. Mark has been a guiding force in American Waterway Operators on the Executive Committee and as Treasurer of the organization over many years. Mark received a well deserved standing ovation from the hundreds of appreciative representatives of the marine industry who were in attendance.

Fraud Prevention Poster

Signal Mutual Indemnity Association Ltd. has continuously provided support with fraud prevention measures to Members. As a visual reminder of these efforts an educational poster was sent to the main contact at each Member.

Arrive Home Alive Banners - Now in Spanish

As part of Signal's Arrive Home Alive campaign, 3 x 6-foot banners were produced in English. The intention was for each Member to hang them outside, in their facilities, to promote Safety. The banners have been such a success that they have now been produced in Spanish.
